Celebrity Apprentice Stephen Baldwin is served with a lawsuit for touting Loco-Joe Cappuccino drink for admitted felon William Richards. Baldwin calls Charity Beverage “his company” while touting Loco Joe on Charity Beverage websites. Charity Beverage CEO Richards plead quilty to misappropriation of trusted funds (stealing?) for over 40 investor/distributors and was ordered to pay restitution of 95000.00. 3 investor/distributors filed a lawsuit against Baldwin and Richards in New York courts for fraud, misrepresentation and deception. Richards has failed to respond and Plantiffs were awarded a default judgment (guilty as charged?) The case is still pending against Baldwin. Now Baldwin appears on Celebrity Apprentice with pending lawsuit alleging bad business practices? Seriously doubt Stephen Baldwin had any clue as to whatever bad business practices were going on…..It’s not like running a coffee company is his full time job. He probably gave capital or leant his celebrity name to get it going and that’s it. He’s actually done a lot of great things with his life.
